生产线采用巴氏杀菌工艺，用于果冻、酸豆奶制品等食品饮料充填封口后：清洗—杀菌—冷却—干燥，与系列设备配套，达到自动高效、安全卫生的生产目的。

整机采用优质SUS304不锈钢制作，灭菌温度、速度可根据工艺要求设定。该机运行平稳，噪音低，不锈钢网带强度高，伸缩性小，不易变形，易保养。彻底解决了灭菌过程中因为自动化程度低而造成的“随意性”加强了“一致性”，大大提高了灭菌的成功率，是理想的生产线设备。

输送机、杀菌机、冷却机和风(烘)干机整个流程自动连续运行，自动控制。
